Great job, students, on your Black History Month Performances!

Vocal studies, dance, jazz band, and musical theatre classes were all involved, performing "Summertime" from Porgy and Bess, "Change is Gonna Come" by Aretha Franklin, "River" by Leon Bridges, "My Shot" from Hamilton, and original choreography by dance students to a recitation of Maya Angelou's "I Know Why the Caged Bird Sings".  Jazz band performed standards "Gospel" and "Poco Loco".
